Simple's inaugural pop-up in Covent Garden on "The Power of Simple," marked a significant milestone in the collaboration of artificial intelligence and skincare. At the heart of the pop-up was Renude's state-of-the-art AI Skin Analysis system, custom-built for Simple. Our innovative technology offered visitors the unique opportunity to receive personalised recommendations tailored to their specific skin needs. The simple process involved a short series of targeted questions and a quick photo, culminating in the creation of a bespoke 3-step Simple routine for each consumer.

The Renude experience was seamlessly integrated into the pop-up space, featuring a dedicated area equipped with a wall of iPads. This interactive setup allowed consumers to engage with the AI-powered system independently or seek guidance from our on-hand team of expert aestheticians at the event. Our skincare professionals were also on hand to provide express facials using Simple products, offering a perfect blend of high-tech analysis and hands-on expertise.

Focusing on Simple's Active Barrier Care cleansers and moisturisers, as well as their Booster serums range, the pop-up showcased the brand's commitment to effective, science-backed skincare. A highlight was Simple's new 10% Ceramide boosters & Omega complex serum, an exclusive launch available only at Superdrug.

Beyond our AI-powered skincare analysis, the pop-up offered a rich experience for visitors who could attend panel talks featuring skincare experts, watch educational videos to deepen their skincare knowledge, capture memories in a photobooth, interact with a product vending machine, and even enjoy refreshments at a smoothie bar.

The event's success was evident by the numbers: Renude provided AI image analysis and personalised routines to over 400 consumers. Each participant received a follow-up email containing their comprehensive skin analysis and their customised skincare routine, ensuring the benefits of the experience extended well beyond the day. We were also able to analyse the skin profiles of those who attended the event to gain important insights. What % of customers have sensitive skin? What are their main skin goals? How is their skin barrier health?
